Oyster Mushroom Powder is a 100% Oyster Mushroom Concentrate. The mushrooms are carefully aged to intensify the flavour before being dried and crushed. There are no additives or preservatives.
Used in cooking of all types it adds a fantastic flavour. Mix with water or olive oil to make a paste and use as a rub for all types of meats.
A great favourite of many is the Mushroom Dip. Simply mix 2-3 teaspoons of mushroom powder with 250 grams Country Goodness Lite Spreadable Cream Cheese, leave in the fridge for one hour and you have a great accompaniment for plain crackers or plain chips.

The Oyster Mushroom is a fleshy, gilled mushroom grown in climate controlled rooms, in grow logs filled with straw.
